Due to one of my suitemates, I've been highly influenced by pop art styled colouring. Heeheehee. Anyhow, I like how this came out, mostly in the cuteness of the giggling mermaid. She and her friend have evidently been behaving badly and the Mayor had to come speak with them about it. Apparently they didn't really care.
